New discos to open at the Venetian

We've all heard the crazy rumours of numerous discos opening at the Venetian, from venues with capacity for 3000 persons to the Ministry of Sound. But there are at least 2 venues ready to open but on hold indefinitely awaiting the necessary government licenses. How long can this take? That's the million dolar question... How can Macau's private sector help to promote Macau as an entertainment destination without governmental support?
